Body & Brain teaches you to understand and trust your body's innate wisdom. We offer a wide variety of classes which welcome all levels as it can be modified and meet the needs of the individual's own physical, emotional, mental, and spiritual journey. We offer classes in Body & Brain Yoga, Tai Chi, Energy Meditation, Martial Arts, and other mind-body training modalities based on traditional Korean healing philosophy and East Asian energy principles at 100+ of our locations in the United States.
