Riverfront North Partnership is organizing free fishing days this spring to community members who want to learn or refine their skills as anglers on the Delaware River. Fishing will take place at various parks along the Delaware River (Pulaski Park in Port Richmond, Frankford Boat Launch in Wissinoming, Pleasant Hill Park in Torresdale) once a week. Frankford Boat Launch

Learn how to catch one of the many fish species found in the tidal Delaware River. Rods, tackle, bait and basic instruction will be provided. First come, first served. We have rods to loan out and worms for bait. You are welcome to bring your own rod.
No fishing license necessary; state license requirements are waived for these events. Great for youth & adults who are new or intermediate anglers.

MEET BY THE RAMP within the park. Take the access road just south of Dietz and Watson and follow it to the river. When you hit the river, turn left and you'll see us!

**Due to social distancing requirements, everyone MUST pre-register: https://fishpleasanthillpark.eventbrite.com! Participants will be capped at 20 people. Masks required. CDC guidelines will be followed.

MEET AT THE PONDS within Pleasant Hill Park (you’ll see the ponds on your right hand side as you enter from Linden Ave. Park in the main park parking lot near the rec center, and use the park paths – about 500ft – to cut through to the ponds)
