Try the Autoimmune Paleo diet to manage symptoms
The Autoimmune Paleo diet is getting a lot of attention these days because of its success in helping those of us with autoimmune diseases (celiac, hashimoto's, etc.) enjoy a higher quality of life. Numerous people have experienced more energy, better moods, better sleep, reduced pain and inflammation, weight loss and more. It isn't an easy diet, but the payoffs could be more than worthwhile. I think I'm ready to take the leap but I would love to develop a tight-knit support group to help one another. That could be anything from encouraging each other online to getting together to cook, eat and commune. Let me know if you're interested!

    This group is for anyone who has or supports someone who has celiac disease, is gluten intolerant, follows a gluten free lifestyle, or has other food allergies and is looking for other people to be able to eat out with who understand their daily challenges. Just a time to meet, share stories, have fun, and help learn from each other!
