Access Past Presentations and Tools in Files Section
We post many of the presentations we've done on in the "Files" section on Meetup. Go to "More" tab then select "Files" to download the slide deck for the presentation and sometimes extras like paperwork, spreadsheets and more.
In early 2016, we started to record some of the power presentations presentations after the fact (not live). Toward the end of 2016 we began recording most of the presentations live in the classroom.
Classes are free (with a very rare exception here and there where we charge for a class) and open to the public to attend if space is available. James makes recordings of the classes available to clients of his real estate brokerage only.
Here are some (but not all) of the recordings for clients:
The Nomad model is one of the best investing models we have in Northern Colorado. It allows you to build a multi-million dollar real estate portfolio with passive income with as little as $3,000 total invested.
Classes for Nomads are typically on Thursday evenings.
Buy and Hold
We also are big believers in calculating cash on cash return on your buy and hold investment properties and provide tools for searching our local MLS for cash on cash here:
Plus, many of the classes linked above are great for wholesalers on how to find, structure and analyze deals if you're planning to wholesale.
Very Brief History and Philosophy
The Northern Colorado Real Estate Investor Group was originally co-founded by James in 2003. We believe that learning about investing should be an on-going, fun, social experience. Many people attend classes as much for the amazing information as for the fun banter between James and Brian and to socialize with other members who have become true friends.
IMPORTANT NOTE ON PHOTOS AT EVENTS AND THEIR USE
We often take photos, record audio and possible video of NCREIG events. By joining NCREIG here on Meetup or attending the events you acknowledge and agree that these photos, videos and audio recordings (which may include you) may be used on the Meetup site, on Facebook, in our newsletter and on other promotional materials. If you do not agree to this, please remove yourself from the group and do not attend meetings. Thank you.
