Over the past few years we've done several classes on structuring partnerships and then usually followed them up with a partnership workshop where people get together, in the classroom in real-time and structure mock partnerships. As we've eavesdropped on people presenting the partnership deal to others in the class during these partnership workshops the idea of a new class was born.

In this class, Brian and James will show you how to present a deal to potential partners. You'll learn the skills and magic words from people that have put together real estate partnerships for finding your next partner for a deal.

Our goal with classes in general is to identify gaps for NCREIG members and to create new classes and content to serve our members and fill those gaps. This class fills the gap on how to present your own deal to partners.
