Online marketing is beneficial to every business! Whether you are new to online marketing or have experience using different marketing techniques, there is always room to improve and things to learn!
For this month’s webinar, realtor, investor, AND marketing expert, Chris Lopez, joins us for a one of a kind educational marketing webinar! He will be discussing the online marketing trends that he is currently focusing on and the techniques he’s using to generate leads for his real estate business!
Other key points that Chris will also discuss include:
1. Traditional direct response marketing principles have changed and will never be the same.
2. Building your digital brand is the next evolution of lead generation.
3. Understand digital branding basics with an emphasis on merging offline and online activities.
4. Why documenting, rather than creating content beats paid (and expensive) SEO techniques.
5. “Sweat equity” in creating content vs paid advertising (pros and cons of each).
Chris has been enamored with creating residual income since reading Robert Kiyosaki’s “Rich Dad, Poor Dad” book during his sophomore year (2002) at Virginia Tech University. Since then, he turned his focus to the internet – he taught himself on internet marketing and built a couple of businesses. By the time he graduated college, he did not need to get a job!
In his previous business, he generated 931,199 leads (as of July 2018 – the leads keep coming in) and has close to 1,000,000 minutes of his YouTube videos consumed. In 2017, he turned his focus to real estate as a realtor and investor. In less than a year, he built a website that consistently ranks #1 in Google search results for the Denver market and closed over a dozen deals. He did all this while living in Los Angeles, before moving to Denver.
Chris has also helped a successful fix-and-flipper transition his marketing from purely offline to online marketing!
