This is a group for people interested in realist drawing and painting, especially open life drawing and portrait sessions as well as short courses and workshops. Northern Realist is based in AWOL studios, Manchester and run by classically trained painter Christopher Clements. There’s always lots happening from open sessions to studio workshops and plein-air painting sessions, everyone is welcome to join.
