The Northridge Family Fit Club is for families and/or singles (groups) who are looking for proper guidance and have an interest in taking a global approach to fitness. Led by myself, Gregg McGuire, Personal Trainer and baseball coach at Chatsworth High School, I am creating this group so I can share with people in my local community the keys to achieving and living a healthy and happy lifestyle.

The following will be included in our Group training sessions:
A Fitness evaluation (BF%, BMI score: optional)
Weight Training
Cardio (HIIT will be taught)
Core training
Kettlebell Training (swings , carries)
TRX (Suspension training)
Stretching
Nutrition (Individual Monthly Meal Plan)
Monthly progress reports
ALL Fitness levels welcome! (Bring a friend)
