The RISE is an on-going LOW COST, fitness boot camp dedicated to transforming participants from fitness beginners to all out warriors. As a group we help each other achieve our individual ​fitness goals using the unique support of a group dynamic, camaraderie and accountability via proper diet and exercise protocol.​​ No matter what your fitness goals are or what your current physical capabilities might be, The RISE can help you succeed. While accessing key components of training we invite you to challenge yourself and support your journey to each new powerful level of personal victory. This is your chance, lets take it together...

The  Rise  was  created to offer support & guidance at a minimal cost to those looking to improve their  physical  health,  body & esteem  through  exposure  to  a  variety  of  different  group  exercises.  The  Rise  meetings  are on-going, being held 3 times a week at participating Park District locations. 

  While  meeting  your  own  challenges  you'll  also  meet  other  like-minded  participants  with similar  goals.  As  a  group  we  will  complete  a  different  full body workout at each meeting.  Every workout will take  an hour  to  complete consisting  of  warm-ups  &  stretches ,  Resistance Training , Core - Cardio (Endurance ,  Plyometrics ,  High  Intensity  Interval   &   Kick   Boxing )  &  Abdominal   work.  By  never  repeating   the  same  workout  within  the month,  we  ensure  our  body  is consistently challenged & results never plateau. These workouts can be  done  with modifications  for  various  levels of fitness  and  physical  capability.  You  decide  your   own pace  & level of participation,  as  we invite  you  to  surpass your  goals.
