Guided Meditation

This event was previously held on Wednesdays, but has moved to Thursdays.

For those who have always wanted to meditate, but feel they can’t or find it difficult. Each week we will start with deep relaxation, followed by a guided meditation led by an experienced teacher. Sometimes it’s easier for our minds to be taken on a peaceful “journey,” rather than sit in complete silence.

The benefits of meditation are well known; reduced stress, more focus, inner peace. The sessions will be fun, uplifting and empowering.
