Wind down from the week and treat yourself to some energising and restorative yoga with Sue Tideswell. This is a Hatha Yoga class for beginners and those with more experience, with an emphasis on strengthening and finding space in your body. We will end with a guided deep relaxation to get you in the mood for the weekend. Please wear comfortable clothing and bring your own mat if possible.
