ONLINE CHECK-IN:
ALL PASSENGERS ARE REQUIRED TO CHECK-IN ONLINE AND PRINT THEIR BOARDING PASSES BEFORE TRAVEL
Passenger can check-in online from 15 days up to 4 hours before the scheduled flight departure time on Manage My Booking - Online Check in Once a passenger has checked in online the boarding pass can be reprinted up to 4 hours prior to the scheduled flight departure time
Please note - once a passenger has checked in online no further changes can be made to the passenger name(s), flight date/times/route. However, services such as priority boarding, adding checked baggage/sports equipment can be added up to 4 hours prior to the scheduled flight departure time.
AIRPORT KIOSK AND BAG DROP DEADLINES:
All Airport Kiosks and Bag Drop desks open 2 hours prior to the scheduled flight departure time and close strictly 40 minutes prior to the scheduled flight departure time.
AIRPORT REQUIREMENTS:
Passengers must present their valid travel document and online boarding pass printed on an individual A4 page at airport security and boarding gate.
Each passenger who has checked in online may carry one item of cabin baggage not exceeding the maximum permitted dimensions (see paragraph headed "Cabin Baggage").
Irrespective of a passenger’s visa requirements, all non EU/EEA citizens must have their travel documents checked and online boarding pass stamped at the Ryanair Visa/Document Check Desk before going through airport security. In addition, all passengers departing from Moroccan airports must present their Boarding Pass at the local airport check-in facility
Any passenger failing to present their online boarding pass at airport security or at the boarding gate will be charged a Boarding Card Re-issue Fee of £60/€60 per person/per one way flight (excluding VAT) at the airport self service kiosk or ticket desk. This facility is available up to 40 minutes prior to the scheduled flight departure
You should be at the boarding gate at least 30 minutes prior to scheduled departure
RYANAIR CHECKED AND CABIN BAGGAGE POLICY:
CHECKED BAGGAGE - Each passenger may check in up to two checked bags upon payment of the applicable checked baggage fees by electing to purchase a checked baggage allowance of either 15 kilos or 20 kilos when making their initial booking. After the booking is made checked baggage can be added to a reservation via the Manage My Booking facility on Manage My Booking up to 4 hours before the scheduled flight departure time. The checked baggage fees are charged per person/per one way flight and are discounted when booked online. Higher fees apply when checked bags are purchased via a Ryanair call centre or airport ticket desk, also on flights to/from the Canary Islands, selected ski routes, other selected routes and for all flights departing in the months of July or August. Fees may vary from time to time but it is the rates in force at the time you book and/or pay for your checked baggage allowance which apply. No pooling or sharing of baggage allowances is permitted, even within a party travelling on the same reservation. Pooling of an individual checked baggage allowance is not permitted even if you have two items of checked baggage (each item must be within its own prepaid weight allowance). Any passenger exceeding their personal checked baggage allowance will be charged for excess baggage at the rate prevailing on the day of travel. There is no CHECKED/CABIN baggage allowance for infants. However, one fully collapsible pushchair per child may be carried free of charge. Additional infant equipment such as car/booster seats and travel cots may be carried in addition to your personal checked baggage allowance. Infant equipment (car/booster seats and travel cots) to a maximum weight of 20kgs per item can be added to your booking online at a discounted rate of £10/€10 per item/per one way flight or at the airport or through a Ryanair call centre, the standard rate of £20/€20 per item/per one way flight. These items can be reserved via the “Manage My Booking” section on the homepage of Manage My Booking
There is no CHECKED/CABIN baggage allowance associated with the purchase of an extra seat for the carriage of items such as a wedding dress, musical instruments etc. or if an extra comfort seat is purchased for a large passenger.
MOBILITY EQUIPMENT - is carried free of charge.
CABIN BAGGAGE
The following cabin baggage restrictions apply per person (no infant allowance):
Strictly one item of cabin baggage per passenger (excluding infants) weighing up to 10kg with maximum dimensions of 55cm x 40cm x 20cm is permitted. (handbag, briefcase, laptops, shop purchases, camera etc. must be carried within your permitted 1 piece of cabin baggage). Extra/oversized cabin baggage will be refused at the boarding gate, or where available, placed in the hold of the aircraft for a fee of Euro/GBP 50. If you are unsure if your cabin bag complies then check at the Bag Drop desk before passing through airport security.
