Most if not all religions, as well as Atheism are tormented with moral and cognitive blind spots. Perhaps the limits to our intelligence and creativity necessitate the formation and embodiment of a God or Gods to orient our existence toward a more moral path. Has the self evidence of God been there all along if it can be shown that evolution favors moral behavior and that moral behavior is best achieved by an inherit belief in God!? What do we do if the Artificial General Intelligence creations of the future "believe" in God?
