Weight management is a vital part of health. Achieving and maintaining a healthy weight is difficult, especially alone. Every Saturday at 4:00pm we will meet to share tips, information, and knowledge, optionally weigh in (privately), and encourage one another to reach our individual goals. Nova Social has had many meetups around nutrition, health and wellness, we've even discussed the virtue of maintaining personal health. Now it is time we take the talk to action and work together to help one another obtain and maintain healthy weight.
