What we're about

This group is for anyone who is new to meditation, a dedicated meditation practitioner, or is interested in developing and/or maintaining a meditation practice. We get together, support each other, trade meditation stories, tips, insights, and ideas, and we even get actual meditation time in during the session. Open to all, come join us!
