I am a singer and first began my "wellness journey" because I was looking for natural ways to treat anxiety, depression and asthma. As a singer, I wanted to put the least amount of synthetic substances in my body as possible. So I became interested in energy healing, acupuncture, massage, chiropractic care and meditation. I incorporated all of these healing modalities into my "self-care plan." I began to feel so much better! From there, I became an energy healing practitioner which then led me to my yoga teacher training.
I am a 200-hr certified yoga teacher and singer-songwriter. I teach both Hatha and Kundalini Yoga. I offer yoga classes and workshops that challenge the body, elevate the mind and move the spirit.
