What we're about

Living healthy in a toxic world takes effort and support. Our group will offer suggestions and discuss how to meet nutritional, fitness and mindset expectations to keep us balanced during real life. Weight loss, healthy aging, exercise performance, and how to increase energy will topics we explore. Light snacks and refreshments will be served.

Topics of discussion will include:

*The start of a lifestyle change and what the "shift" means....

*Nutrition versus dieting: meal planning, grocery shopping, clean eating, cheating, water intake, recipes, snacks, cleansing, toxicity....

*Fitness versus exercise: creating an active lifestyle, what's fun versus a chore, best practices....

*Identifying and disrupting destructive behaviors: meditating, journaling, personal development....

*Inspirational and transformation stories, mind and body transformation, long-term success....

*Organization and time management, breaking the cycle of being anxious and overwhelmed....

*Momentum, confidence and personal inspiration versus lack of will-power, motivation and failure....

Together we will strengthen our brain and body connection, wiring and firing new and consistent bonds internally that support our overall success in each area of our health. Physical, mental, emotional, social, spiritual, vocational and environmental well-being are the building blocks of our tree called life.
