This group is for anyone interested in 1) taking concrete steps to improve their physical health by learning to view and use food effectively as a tool for healing and renewal, and 2) seeing the connections between what we eat, how we eat, what we digest, what we absorb, and what we eliminate, with our ultimate expressions as spiritual beings. We will approach daily attention to our physical bodies (nutrition, sleep, stress management), as well as movement (yoga, qi gong, nirtan chi), and stillness (meditation, breathwork), as the basis for a grounded spiritual practice of living every day on our own feet.
