Today's food is lacking in essential vitamins and minerals. Worse yet, it's packed with sugar, unhealthy fats and harmful additives that has caused rampant disease in our society. As we have increasing busy and stressful lives, how can we regain sanity in what fuels our bodies?

A year ago, my wife and I discovered the answer. Our nutritional plan helped us shed over eighty pounds together, boost our energy and take back our fitness as we move into our late 40s. This in NOT a diet. It is a healthy lifestyle that does not prohibit any particular food. Instead, you will eat delicious foods and feel incredible.
