Welcome To Eat Pray Yoga
Starting In September we will be offering several yoga classes created with both the beginner and experienced student in mind.

Yoga Glow
This class is for you especially if you are tight, stiff, uncoordinated & inflexible. Yoga is for everyone, no matter what your body type, age. Don't be shy, we are all nervous our first few times to class. If you are worried about what others think, don't be, as we tend to be our own worst critic.
We will eventually be hosting many workshops on self improvement, nutrition, anatomy of the poses.
We are excited about creating a community where you can come to learn, grow and be yourself, meet new friends and build and restore your energy.
