Osho, a modern meditation master, devised several meditation techniques specifically for these stressful and hectic times. Understanding that for many of us it is difficult to be still and silent without first addressing that which is preventing our natural silence, his active meditations begin with activity and end in stillness, begin with sound and end in silence, begin with mind and end in no-mind.
