There is a "cost" for doing nothing in real estate: it is called opportunity cost, and I will explain what that means in our meetings. It is very appropriate now (in todays markets) as many buyers are still on the fence. It is my opinion it is a great time to buy real estate and I will explain that too and in detail.
This meeting is specifically for people who want to buy (or sell) real estate in the East Bay, and why you should (or not) pull the trigger. I will not give any advice on the "investment opportunities" outside my area of knowledge or state. It also means that agents or investors who would like to "sell" their goods (real estate investment opportunities or books or tapes, etc), are not welcome in this meeting.
This meeting is specifically geared towards (protecting) the consumers, not the agents. Agents and investors have plenty of other channels to market their services or goods.
