This group is for women who are interested in learning more about themselves and their bodies as they transition into midlife. During this 90-minute walk in nature, we will examine what it is to be a woman in transition, how this time of life is more than raging hormones and crumbling bodies. My talks will focus on how our hormones give us the opportunity to see what we need to change in order to live honestly, fully and joyfully in the second halves of our lives. This is a time of promise -- a chance for transforming and healing our bodies, minds and spirits on a deep level. This is your chance to reclaim your body wisdom.
