This is your opportunity to play Underwater Hockey, exercise, learn new skills and have FUN.
We are officially getting back into the pool to practice per the following Facility procedures/policies that are in effect. By your RSVP. you agree to follow these procedures as follows: 1. Face coverings are required upon entering the facility and on the Pool Deck. 2. Social distance 6ft at all times in the facility (in the water too). 3. Your temperature will be checked upon entry (if too high, you won't be allowed in) Seriously, if you feel ill, or have risk of infection, please don't come! 4. Come with suit on...There are no changing/locker rooms, but bathrooms are available. 5. Bring your own gear. There will no gear sharing except for Pucks/Goals in the water. Everybody is required to bring their own mask/snorkel. (If you need gear or have questions, contact me) 6. All Irvine pool payments for entry, $4, are now cashless. 7. Contact info will be collected for all players (for potential of contact tracing) 8. All the above are subject to change at any time at the discretion of the facility. We are to follow the immediate guidance of Irvine staff and lifeguards at all times. What to expect for a typical practice: 1. Gear up 2. Do Swim Warmup 3. Swim Set 5. Puck / Stick Skills (Passing / Shooting) 6. Driling/ Modified games 7. Practice pack up and Store Gear 8. Exit Facility 9. Change in parking lot/Shower at home 10. Dinner/Drinks (optional/up to you) Our hope is to be back to playing with no Restrictions in some sort of capacity very soon.
