Introduction To Octopush!

Orange Coast College

OC active, I am pleased to present the game of Octopush, also known as Underwater Hockey, to Orange County! Check out our Video! https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=TQxlRgDxyuY This non-contact coed sport is played on the bottom of a swimming Pool! Players dive down and push the puck into goals at each end of the pool using short sticks, wearing snorkeling gear. The game is played 6v6 with subs for each side, one team uses black sticks the other white sticks to identify your teammates These Wednesday night practices, are designed to teach you the fundamentals of snorkeling, fin swimming and the game of Octopush! Here is a video about the sport: https://youtu.be/SAukrpTEvZA Please bring a suit, towel and any snorkeling gear you may have, I'll provide the rest! Try to come around 645pm if you are new, to get squared away with gear! Remember parking is 1$ at the machine! Lastly...we always get some grub/beers after! Come dive into the fun!
