Ian Darrah: -- Ian Darrah is an internationally acclaimed teacher of yoga, fitness, wellness & shamanism. He is the founder of MediYogi® ‘Medicine Yogi’ and Inspired Senior Living® and also leads yoga teacher training certification courses & retreats. Ian’s mission is to empower people regarding their true wellness, health of mind, body & spirit. Specifically, his objective is to help as many people as possible lead healthier, happier, spiritually realized lives. ​Krista Miller: -- ​Krista always had a strong passion for the way in which the body moves, it's ability to heal itself, and the importance of the mind/body/spirit connection. Krista was a Professional Modern Dancer, is currently a Licensed Massage Therapist and completed her first 200HR Yoga Teacher Training with Edwin Bergman through Yogaworks in 2012. Since then she has completed 2 other Teacher Trainings in Miami with Rina Jackubowicz, Ian Darrah as well as a Vinyasa Teacher Training Intensive with Seane Corn. She is also certified in Kids Yoga through Green Monkey Chimps and Yoki Yoga Kids with Jill Rapperport. What we're about

This group is about yoga for everyone and sharing authentic, gentle, healing, flow yoga. We are creating Sangha - like-minded community and sharing. Any extra something you want to bring to the class is great! People of all abilities and from all walks of life are welcome. The "voluntary contribution" and open natural space of the park create a healing environment where we can connect with nature and her elements, feel a more spiritual or meaningful yoga practice and create some magic!
