What we're about

This group is about yoga for everyone and sharing authentic, gentle, healing, flow yoga. We are creating Sangha - like-minded community and sharing. Any extra something you want to bring to the class is great! People of all abilities and from all walks of life are welcome. The "voluntary contribution" and open natural space of the park create a healing environment where we can connect with nature and her elements, feel a more spiritual or meaningful yoga practice and create some magic!
