Osho Dynamic Meditation is one of the the most playful methods of meditation to get into a state that is thoughtless yet blissful, yet connected to everything around you. It is an hour long process with 5 stages involving intense breathing, catharsis, sound activation, silence and finally celebrating. While practicing in group, the process of personal transformation increases a lot, the results and amounts of energy that you receive is much more intense than during a single practice.
