Are you looking to push your limits? Or are you looking for a fun group of people that will teach and learn from each other? Come join O'Side Multisport Group. These events are meant to challenge you.
The rides are usually between 45-55 miles with approximately 3000'+ of climbing. We meet Saturday 8am at 401 N Coast Hwy, Ste A, Oceanside.
The run is a self-paces, coached workout that is going to focus on form and technique. The workouts usually consist of a variation of intervals, sprints, hill repeats, and plyometrics.
