Meditation & Stress Management Classes
Are you tired or have trouble concentrating?
Do you need a break?
Would you like to learn how to calm your nervous system?
In this class we will focus on meditation and mindfulness tools that will help you relax, reduce work stress, strengthen relationships & increase concentration.
Each week you will be taught and guided to increase your ability to cope with stress. Some of the topics that will be discussed are forgiveness, compassion, self-care, mindful eating, diffusion of negative thoughts & intuition.
When: Class will be held on the following Friday's: 10/28/16, 11/04/16, 11/11/16, 11/18/16, 12/02/16, 12/09/16, 12/16/16 (classes can be taken independently from one another)
Time: 1:30 to 2:30 PM

Cost: $10.00 per class or 7 classes for $60.00
