This a group for anyone who has struggled with their weight, or is diabetic or pre-diabetic. Anyone wanting to feel better, have more energy, and not feeling hungry all the time in order to lose weight. If conventional medical advice on losing weight or controlling your diabetes hasn't worked give LCHF (ketogenic diet) a look. If you need encouragement and fine tuning or you are completely new to this way of eating....all are welcome. This is a self-help group where members share with each other what has worked for them and get help with challenges. I am not a physician, nutritionist or dietician.
