Most of us have to be "on" all day.
Whether we have to be responding to people, thinking of the next thing to do or say, or even just dealing with a mild sense of anxiety, we usually don't give ourselves the chance to settle into the present moment. Even if we do, we rarely have the opportunity to do this with others.
On Saturday, April 13th we will go on a group walk at Redwood Regional Park with periods of shared contemplative silence.
The intention is to re-learn to live simply, get in touch with yourself and to connect in a more profound way with others than through mere small talk. We will then have a picnic together to connect and talk about our experience.
