What we're about

This group is for people who are interested in experiencing the transformative power of sound. Each week we'll explore topics like: Finding your voice. Toning to reduce stress / increase energy. Letting go of stuck emotions. Setting and manifesting intentions. Harnessing the power of silence. The session will also include a relaxing and reinvigorating sound bath featuring quartz crystal bowls, Tibetan bowls, tuning forks, and voice.

Meditation for Turbulent Times

This guided mediation session is held every other week and is designed to compliment the Yoga Nidra / Sound Bath. Meditation instructor Malcolm McQuirter will teach techniques to access the sense of self, attain calm, and energize yourself for this extended period of uncertainty. The guided mediation will be followed by topical discussion as it relates the role of dharma and action in society. By request we are posting these sessions here. Link in RSVP!
