What we're about
This is open to anyone who is navigating the challenges and difficulties of their life. Be it a difficult relationship, a divorce, an illness, a life change or job difficulties, this group will be a place to come and share, be heard and be supported in how to navigate your life.
We will begin with a meditation with a Koan, story, poem or parable. There will be 15 minutes for journaling and then we will have a council or circle for sharing and receiving support from the facilitator, Dr. Illana Berger.
