Who is this class for?
• Those seeking radical self-transformation through movement, self-inquiry and community
• No dance experience needed
• All levels and abilities welcome
• We are a diverse and inclusive community (POC, LGBTQ, Gender Spectrum)
This class is a drop-in, improv movement, non-verbal, barefoot and substance free space where it is safe to express yourself and enjoy your body in motion.
Using world music, electronic beats, silence, movement exercises and stillness practices as guides and inspirations to teach us about relating to ourselves and to our community. We co-create an atmosphere of safety, mutual respect, sacred intention, healing and fun.

Soul Motion™, designed by Vinn Arjuna Marti, is a celebration of individual and community play. It is a form that has many flavors depending on who is facilitating. In this specific class (facilitated by Nikki) the intention is to let go of our “need to do” mind, listen deeply to our inner wisdom, learn to take action from a place of choice rather then pattern and to connect in transformative ways to our community.
The best way to understand Soul Motion™ is to come experience it for yourself!
Come dance with us this Wednesday at 7:15!
