Ayn Rand spelled it starting with an "e"; her spelling is fine with me.

1. metaphysics
2. epistemology
3. ethics (morality)
4. politics
5. esthetics

The relationship of the branches of philosophy is sometimes presented graphically as an "X" (ignore the spacing dots) with ethics in the center of the "X":
