This is a group for anyone interested in group fitness activities held outdoor such as parks, beaches, and other open spaces with public access.
We offer a variety of fitness classes that can be held outside with minimal and basic requirements such as yoga, Kettle-bell, meditation, core training, running, walking, cardio workout, and others.
we focus on outdoor with minimal gear requirements.
Come join the fitness family and get healthy while making great friends!
We use outdoor and open space and other public spaces to conduct our training while keeping social distancing.
We can't wait to meet you, hear your fitness goals, and get you there!

If you are a trainer/instructor we can help you create a group of trainee.

• You will be able to create your training session/class - we can help you if you need
• Let the community know about the session
• Sell access to your class to the group
• We are looking for trainers who can teach classes that are a good fit for an outdoor activity. If your class requires hard to bring gear than it may not be a good fit. A good fit is it requires no special gear, or something you bring with you to the location, or participants can easily bring with them (ie yoga mat).
