Practice Yoga outside at the Beach on the Grass with a Beautiful Beach and Pier View. Breathe in the salty sea breeze and listen to the sounds of the waves while being guided through a Yoga practice. One hour Vinyasa/flow Yoga class ending with a 5 minute group sit/meditation focusing on the sound of the Breath and Waves. Class meets most mornings at 9:00 am.
