Kayak and base-camp the 17-mile Pymatuning Reservoir at Jamestown Campground.
Attendees CAMPING EQUIPMENT:
Reserve your campsite at Jamestown campground soon. Campsite - J222 & J223 are reserved to give waterfront access to the lake.
Campers must provide their own camping equipment and food for two days. Weather will not be a limiting factor so plan accordingly.
Please bring a dish to share for the Friday Night potluck
REQUIRED KAYAK EQUIPMENT:
Must have a 14 ft. or longer touring kayak. The pace of paddling is intended to build endurance, proficiency and group cohesiveness.
PFD'S MUST BE WORN AT ALL TIMES ON THE WATER.
BOAT LIGHTS AND A LIGHT ATTACHED TO YOUR BODY MUST BE ACTIVATED UPON SUNSET WHEN PADDLING AT NIGHT.

5:00 am Sunrise Paddle (lights needed)
10:00 am Pack your boat to try-out a "loaded boat" and set out
for a destination of your choice.
3:00 pm Campsites need to be vacated
Detailed food divisions for FRIDAY NIGHT POTLUCK will be set once group is determined. A list will be sent out via "Message" on Meetup.
