Welcome to our “Rivers of Opportunity” (First Day)

Now in its fifth year, this conference is presented by the Beaver County Regional Council of Governments and attracts participation from government at all levels and from leaders in education, business, the social sector and across the community. All are invited to listen, learn and share in creating a fresh vision for Beaver County.

We are excited to present our "River of Opportunity" theme at a moment when sustainable development in our region demands our attention and we seek clear perspective on our critical resources. This conference features expert presenters on topics of water and waterways development and management. Join us - one day or both - for this invigorating conversation about the future of Beaver County!
