Do monkeys do chin ups? Do lions run on treadmills? Do birds practice meditation? Why do we as humans think that we must put so much emphases on exercises that are un-aligned with our biology? Why must health be so hard to achieve? Why does the majority of the population see working out as a chore? HINT: Its because we are not meant to "workout". Together as human animals, we must step into our true nature and reclaim the movement freedom we were born with. Become powerful, mobile, limber, skilled, more aware and healthy, by practicing the movements that we can use in real life, in any environment, at any time, under any condition. The skills we focus on in this group, will make us useful to our families, and our fellow humans, well into old age, so that we can live quality lives, and pass down longevity.
