This is a group for women interested in gathering together and learning how to create healthier and happier lives. If you feel like it's time to start working on you and making some healthy transformations in life, and you would like some support in doing so, then this group is for you! We'll learn about healthy eating, whole foods and how to make lasting positive changes in your diet while enjoying what you eat and not feeling deprived. We'll support each other in exploring how we can find more life balance, be better at taking care of ourselves, loving ourselves, and create lives that are healthy, full, and inspired in all aspects from what we eat and how we exercise to our relationships and spirituality.
