The Omaha Agile Development user group will focus on discussing Agile related topics and techniques. The group is being established as a response to our community’s interest in Agile adoption across multiple organizations. The main goal is to create a collaborative forum where members of our agile community can meet and discuss their experience, share ideas and techniques or learn more about incorporating or improving agile practices within their own organization.
We have all seen the rather stern comments back and forth between the SAFe v. Scrum evangelists, generally they are less than helpful. Proponents of each framework are quick to point out the flaws and limitations of the other. This talk takes a different approach, a more light-hearted and neutral comparison of each framework, category by category, or "on a scale of… ".

Andrew currently serves as a Scrum Master for teams at Mutual of Omaha, the Director of MBA for Midland University, and as an independent consultant. When not trying to make it through all of those adventures, he enjoys spending time with his family in Omaha Nebraska; wife Kelsy, and children Micah (5) and Lucy (7).
