Agilist Luncheon - With Speaker

We are going to stray a little from our normal Agilist Luncheon format this month, as our friends at Agile Transformation would like to walk us through some exercises on having more productive retrospectives.   Seating is very limited for this event due to our location, so if your interested RSVP when the date opens and please keep it up to date, so others can attend if you get held up for some reason.

Speakers: Nick Kramer and Kellie Morrell

Event Description:

Looking for a way to spice up your retrospectives.  Join us for a learning session on what is working for you during your retrospectives, what could use some tweaking, and what challenges you face.

Learn a new game(s) to play with your team to draw out new improvement ideas, enhance communication, and build a strong team.

Lunch will be sponsored by eMerging, Inc.

Would like to pose the question regarding methods to potentially encourage Executive Sponsors regarding how Agile project management can be a benefit!

Found the Desert Island Exercise relaxing, reinforcing, and FUN! Good food, FUN, good information exchange, and great people.

Really enjoyed how interactive this was. Would much rather have an activity like this than a straight lecture.

This particular event (focus on Retrospectives) had value. New concepts and exercises that I can share with my team here at CSG.

Very much enjoyed the activity and the conversation. It gave me ideas to bring back and try in our setting. Thank you!
