Please join us for a class focusing on the basics of Buddhist teachings and mindfulness meditation practice from 10:30 - 11:30. This class is oriented to persons who are newer to meditation, but is suitable for persons at all levels. At 11:30, we offer an optional thirty minute meditation, which is open to all. One Dharma sangha members are welcome to join in, meditate and connect. There is no charge for these sessions, but your donations are appreciated and help us cover our monthly expenses.
