(Far more people attend than what you see here.) Our main meditation night, meeting every Monday. The meeting includes sitting and walking meditation, plus dharma talk and discussion. This is an opportunity to learn more about the teachings and practical application of practice in everyday life. We often close the session with a guided lovingkindness practice. All levels welcome from beginners to experienced meditators. There is no charge for this meeting, but your donations help us cover the cost of rent and other expenses. Newcomers are encouraged to arrive 15 minutes early for orientation.
