The Mountain Course is for those seeking an ongoing practice to explore, expand, and develop their mindfulness journey to deepen their sense of inner peace and resilience. The Mountain Course will include mindfulness and meditation as well as sharing and dialogue. This is a place to share about your own practice and hear about others’ discoveries. This is a small group practice to encourage a sense of safety and nurturing.

There will be 4 topics for each of the 4 sessions:
1. Being The Mountain: Mindfulness As A Foundation
2. Inner Peace: Calm In The Storm
3. Increasing Resilience: Stress Happens
4. Mountain Course: Life Of The Mountain
Each participant will have access to a private Facebook group for ongoing discussion, reminders, and exercises/tools to try between sessions
