One of the many benefits to Mindfulness is increasing our resilence to the stress that naturally comes with living this human life. We'll talk about and practice ways to approach stress and perceptions mindfully ( experiencing each moment nonjudgmentally). This will lead us to our inherent ability to walk through life with the strength, resilience, and confidence of a warrior.
This is a free workshop, though RSVP is very helpful so I can bring enough materials and set up the room in the most beneficial way.
