One the best and easiest things we can do right now individually to stay connected to higher consciousness is to practice long slow deep breathing for increments of 7 minutes. You can do once or twice a day, morning and or evening. Should not be more or less then either (you choose) 7, 14, or 21 minutes. *And absolutely not longer then 21 minutes. Breathing should be long slow and deep from the abdominal region throughout the lungs.
