THE ONENESS CENTER OC – Guided Meditation and Inspiration

Come as you are! A Sunday morning gathering which starts with guided meditation and then followed by an inspirational message which is RELEVANT and REAL if you'd like to stay. All are welcome! 

We have heard and read of the positive benefits from Meditation. Meditation can help slow the mind and open the heart for the future. The only thing we control is our attitude.

Every Sunday at the Oneness Center there is a guided meditation at 10:30 facilitated by Dr. Janette Freeman. There is an inspirational message at 11:00.

Dr. Freeman is a ordained New Thought minister with 18 years experience, and author of “Why Did This Happen to me -Again? http://www.janettemariefreeman.com/

Physical Benefits of Meditation

With meditation, the physiology undergoes a change and every cell in the body is filled with more energy. This results in joy, peace, enthusiasm as the level of energy in the body increases.

On a physical level, meditation:
