I fell in love with Kundalini Yoga right from my very first class, even though I had been practicing Hatha for many years before. I became a Level One Kundalini Teacher with the International Kundalini Yoga Teachers’ Association in 2001 in Barcelona under the guidance of my beloved teacher Sat Hari Kaur and have been teaching ever since in various cities. I love sharing the wisdom and amazing tools Kundalini has to offer.
I also practice Iyengar and Yoga Nidra.
I have been leader of the International Missle groups in the annual Kundalini Yoga European Festival for many years.
I am a Level 1 and 2 Reiki practitioner and am currently a certified Mental First Aider, with the MHFA, England CIC.
My passion for providing caring support for our community has also led me to be a Certified Infant Massage Instructor with the International Association of Infant Massage and run courses with families regularly in various cities.
I was blessed with my Kundalini Yoga spiritual name over 20 years ago, so I am also known as Ajai Kaur.
